Support Kira!

One of my band-friends on MySpace.com, the German band Fools Garden, has made me aware of a site called bestmyspaceband.com. I've added my favorite singer, Kira to the site (her MySpace site can be seen here). Kira, born Janine Scholz in Wuppertal, Germany on October 20, 1978, is one of the hottest new singers to emerge from Hamburg in the last few years. She has been recording on the Grönland label since 2004, when she released her first album, Inauswendig. In August 2006 she released her second album, Goldfisch. In October 2006 listeners of the German radio station Bayern 3 gave her 62% of the vote for Newcomer of the Month over Gabriel Rios (9%) and Stone Sour (29%). Kira has opened for many music acts around Germany, including Xavier Naidoo, Bosse, and Keimzeit. You can vote for her by clicking on the link below.

By the way, she's not to be confused with the Kira who, with the group NuLife, is responsible for the single "I'll Be Your Angel"--that Kira is a Belgian model whose real name is Natasja de Witte.
